Les interprètes ont besoin de bien entendre et voir ce qui se passe dans la salle de réunion pour
pouvoir faire leur travail. La qualité de la transmission des signaux audio et vidéo a fait de tels
progrès qu’il est maintenant possible d’assurer l’interprétation simultanée de visioconférences.

The US have a longe tradition starting from hospitals and in France it was a practice for remote technical support of complex industrial machines and equipment starting about three decades ago. One can also see it in movies back in the seventies ;-)

When coosing remote or video interpretation, this makes face-to-face interpreting possible anytime you need it. Video Remote Interpreting solutions are most of the time web-based. The choice of a subscription depends from the size of your structure. If your name is Mercedes, Thales, Amex (American Express) or Dassault dedicated encryption software can be used or there is no software to install and no hardware to upgrade, just simple, cost-effective interpreting.
