salariés au minimum et ayant au moins 150 salariés dans deux états membres de la communauté européenne.
Cette structure vise à renforcer le dialogue social européen au sein de l'entreprise. Elle permet à vos
représentants de se réunir, de rencontrer la Direction centrale, de recevoir des informations et de donner
leurs points de vue sur les stratégies et les décisions actuelles qui touchent l'entreprise et ses travailleurs.
Tous les travailleurs européens doivent être correctement informés et consultés sur les décisions de la
Direction. Votre délégué(e) est le représentant de votre pays au sein de cette instance. Il (elle) nous informe
de vos inquiétudes, vos demandes et des difficultés que vous rencontrez localement. C' est ensemble que nous élaborons des plans d'action et des propositions faites à la Direction afin d' améliorer votre situation.
Le Comité Européen de Dialogue Social du Clud Med est un instrument de la construction européenne par le
biais de l'EFFAT (La Fédération Européenne des Travailleurs du Tourisme) avec lequel il travaille en
collaboration.
